Perfect place all in all, has accommodating staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Central location very close to see and trolley that runs along Main Street, and a stadium and bars are walking distance to the hotel. Bogie's Delicatessen, where you can eat lunch, is not too far from the venue. Make sure you stay in the large queen studio with the balcony. The price is just right - US$ 117.

Clean casual hotel with very polite staff. Modern design of interiors in large queen studio. Marvellous location, walking distance to a tower and a college.

Location.
The room was not clean. The front desk staff was unfriendly and not professional.

Location was great! The room was very tastefully decorated so it made relaxing when in room pleasurable.
The counter where the coffee pot set was dirty. Saw a car down the hall with no cleaning person in sight, so I took the spray cleaner and cleaned the counter myself. To the left of the nightstand on left side of bed was a dirty napkin, so I threw that away. Seemed like the maid was in to big a hurry to do a thorough job.

Lovely location and spacious room, perfect for my solo adventure! The hotel was conveniently close to attractions, and I enjoyed my stay despite some hiccups.
Jiggling the toilet handle was my cardio for the trip.

The location near the trolley was definitely a plus. The hotel was also adjacent to the park where you could enjoy nature or just relax outdoors. The continental breakfast was good. The food could have been a little warmer but overall good. I would recommend this hotel.
The elevators were very slow and the hallways outside the rooms were very cold. The maid service was average; not very good at cleaning the rooms.

the room was very nice with desk, fridge, microwave, couch. Beds were so comfortable
the staff said we did not have a reservation. I was exhausted and about ready to cry after missing our connection flight earlier. He said Booking . com did not use the right confirmation code as theirs starts with an A. He would not even try to find me, just said contact whoever booked you because you don't have a room and we are full. I called you guys and one of you talked to him and we had our room.
